The Renaissance Hotel's 2023 mooncakes come in an elegant retro cute box.
There are 7 familiar traditional baked mooncakes and 9 snowskin varieties, and the popular durian mooncake is still available.
They are handmade daily, so they are fresh. All natural ingredients are used and no preservatives are included.
I was invited to join the "Mooncake Chef's Table."
The Chinese food at Wan Li Restaurant is of high quality and very tasty. It would be nice to compare mooncakes for dessert. We were shown how to make them in the traditional way.
At the entrance of the hotel, there is a booth where you can sample mooncakes. They also have snow skins available for tasting.

Wan Li レストランの中華は、上質でとてもおいしい。シメのデザートに月餅の食べ比べというのも素敵ですね。伝統的な方法での作り方を見せていただきました。

I really enjoyed these 10 Best Seller A la Cart menu by excellent chef.
Some menu are fusion dishes. It’s very nice combination of ingredients. Not normal. Sophisticated.
I recommend to order small size, enjoy exploring various tastes !
You must order “fragrant fried chicken with Szetuan style” RM26.
Pink colour’s Fried rice with beetroot” RM37 is garlic flagrant. So tasty.
“ Wok fried Australian Wagyu, Foie Gras, Asparagus” RM178. Is super delicious and gorgeous! Marriage of French and Chinese.
If you like coriander, “ Free range chicken with truffle” salad RM33 will be your favourite dish.
“ Mango purée and homemade custard bun” RM22 is very fruity.

香菜好きならチキンとオニオンとトリュフの前菜は欠かせません。四川風フライドチキンや、ピリッと辛くて大きなプリプリのエビのカレークリーム味は必須。予算が豊富にあるなら、オーストリア和牛とフォアグラとアスパラの炒め物は天国。おつまみにはカリカリの白魚揚げや牛肉を乾燥させた甘辛のサクサクの料理がぴったり。ラムチョップはパイナップルBBQ味で甘め。ピンクのビーツの炒飯はニンニクが香ばしくて優しい味でとても美味しいです。烏骨鶏のスープは旨味たっぷり。デザートは、フルーティーなマンゴーピューレと暖かいカスタードまんの組み合わせで。
